As a Registered Dietician and Nutritionist I’m passionate about the role food plays in our lives. It’s often easy to forget that food is fuel, so developing a positive relationship with the things we eat is essential for overall wellness. A 2017 report found that adults don’t eat enough fruit, veg, seeds, nuts and wholegrains in their diets, while processed foods and sugar are on the rise. This has had a severe impact on people’s health and wellbeing, as well as placing a burden on health services. To ensure optimum physical and mental health, a diet that consists of foods that heal and replenish is essential, but it’s not always easy. As the pressures of everyday life continue to grow, we are more likely to make food choices based on convenience and stress, making life even more stressful in the process.
I begin every programme with a thorough assessment of your eating habits, medical history and current relationship with food. Together we will create a bespoke plan that empowers you to make healthier choices, and in just a short period of time eating well will become a way of life.

I graduated from the University of Tartu with a BSc in Gene Technology in 2007, but always wanted to work with people. My solid background in biology and genetics enabled me to change my career path by becoming a dietician, and I graduated from Aberdeen’s Robert Gordon University in 2012. From here I enjoyed placements in different NHS Trusts around the UK, gaining experience in a range of different areas from intensive care to family health. As well as working in the NHS I am also a specialist diabetes dietician for a digital health company, delivering structured diabetes/prediabetes educational programmes and helping people to achieve diabetes remission.
My work in gestational diabetes clinics sparked a passion for how food affects pregnancy and fertility, and I am now a specialist in female health, pregnancy and fertility nutrition for both men and women. I also help couples achieve their best nutritional potential for IVF treatment.
I am a member of British Dietetic Association, registered with the Health Care and Professions Council (HCPC) and treasurer for the Maternal and Fertility Nutrition Group.
I work with both individuals and businesses.
I offer weekly support via a mobile application or monthly telephone/video call. This will include regular suggestions around dietary choices and provision of recipe ideas or meal plans if required
You can choose from a selection of programmes aimed at helping people with specific health conditions. This varies from programmes for ladies with PCOS, diabetes programmes, fertility nutrition and general weight loss. before committing to the full programme you will have the option to just purchase one module, then choose as many as you like
Consultant Dietitians help people learn the fundamentals of healthful eating and encourage positive habits that last a lifetime. I am available for talks and lectures, group sessions, product testing and helping businesses working in the food industry
